Created in collaboration between Coram and Arcola, this original performance explores experiences of care and identity.
Overview
From 1739, young people taken into London’s first home for babies whose mothers were unable to care for them, The Foundling Hospital, had their names changed as they were admitted. Using these historical stories as inspiration and led by rapper and artist Ric Flo, 12 care-experienced young people present a performance exploring their own identities using spoken word, music and rap.
